Problem: Die Compose wirkt wie ein wachsender Monolith.

Risiko:

Niemand erkennt schnell, wofür welcher Container zuständig ist.

Onboarding unmöglich.

Acceptance Criteria:

Service-Dokumentation in /docs/services.md

Für jeden Service: Zweck, Ports, Volumes, Netzwerkbezug, Backup-Policy, Restart-Policy.
